I wanted to send this letter to you to say thanks for the great service. Owning a home in Arizona City and living on the east coast can be a problem when things go wrong. Since I started using Hoffman Cooling in 2005, you have come out and not only kept my HVAC needs in order but made some other repairs as well. I have found that service calls have been dealt with in a very timely fashion with reasonable cost and the service contract is well worth the investment.
As an engineering director and consultant, operation, time and of course cost is important and I have to say, I don't have to worry about my service needs at my home there.
