This house had an evaporative cooler on its side, and a gas furnace in a closet. We removed both and made the necessary ductwork repairs. We tied new duct from the new roof-mount York 10 seer package heat pump unit into the existing main trunk, and we installed an air return in the living room. The users were so happy to have air conditioning in the house for the first time. This project took place in Phoenix, AZ.
