This is a picture of a York 13 seer package heat pump. The owner of this equipment had previously purchased from us two 14 seer affinity split heat pump systems with two 10 year extended warranties. The customer also bought a 10 year extended warranty for this system as well. His wife told me that her husband brought her outside to the equipment, all excited about his new systems, and said “This thing is running right now!” indicating how quiet the operation is.

This is obviously a very satisfied customer. We installed the package unit in Chandler, AZ. And we installed the two split systems, referred to in the above paragraph, in Queen Creek, AZ.
