This is a picture of a satisfied customer in Valley Farms, AZ, and the owner of Hoffman Cooling LLC, Gary Hoffman. The original heating and cooling system on the house was over 30 years old. We removed the original split system, which had a separate gas furnace, located on the roof. Instead of attempting to install a modern split system, we advised the customer that a gas package unit would simplify things.

The customer took our advice, and he is very pleased with his new American Standard 13 seer 3 phase gas package unit. This new unit is probably at least twice as efficient as the original unit. The operating costs and maintenance were reduced dramatically!
